All charges are per-quarter.<\/p><p>Consumption Rate (Fixed): $90.00 for usage of 0-8000 gallons\u2028Consumption Rate: $5.00 per 1,000 gallons for usage of 8,001 gallons and up<\/p><p>Water (Fixed): $80.00 (0 to 9,000 gallons)<\/p><p>Sewer (Fixed): $50.00<\/p><p>Infrastructure (Fixed): $25.00<\/p><p>Loraas Roll-Out Waste &amp; Recycle Cart fixed charge: $60.00<\/p><p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Commercial business\u2019 are charged differently than residential consumers, for more information, please contact the Town Office<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e104cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e104cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>How is your water bill calculated?<\/strong><br \/>Your water meter measures the water consumed in gallons.\u00a0\u00a0The amount of water your residence or business consumes is multiplied by the current water and sewer rates.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c793d0b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c793d0b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Am I still charged if I don\u2019t use any water?<\/strong><br \/>Yes. There is a\u00a0minimum\u00a0cost charged to be able to supply water services to your property even if no water is actually used or consumed.\u00a0 This is the fixed charge for the water and sewer system.<\/p><p>If you are going to be absent from your residence for an extended period of time or have a vacant residential or commercial space, the service can be disconnected at the Town\u2019s curb stop and then reconnected upon your return.\u00a0 There is an associated cost with the disconnect and reconnect. Once the Town\u2019s curb stop is shut off at the street, you will not receive a bill for the fixed charges. Contact the Town Office for further information.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f8d4c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2f8d4c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Why did my water get disconnected?<\/strong><br \/>If your utility account is in arrears, the Town of Wolseley may disconnect water at any time, without notice. If your water is disconnected for non-payment, the utility billing must be paid to current plus additional reconnection fees before it will be reconnected. We strongly encourage consumers to keep in contact with the Town Office if they are having financial complications that do not allow them to pay their utility bills on time.
